Please note that our practice operates with a cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment time will be subject to an out-of-pocket cancellation fee of $55. Any late rescheduling of appointments within 2 hours of the booked appointment time will also be subject to a $55 rescheduling fee. This policy applies to all patients, regardless of concession status. Where applicable, extreme circumstance may be considered.
